Discretion is paramount in all actions and activities of Prime Timers. Personal information is kept confidential. You must give permission to publish all or part of it in the Prime Timer roster/directory and other Prime Timer materials such as our member only accessible chapter newsletter, calendar or website pages. Only Prime Timer members will have access to your information. We do not publish last names but only last initials on public accessible materials such as the website.
Prime Timers rosters are given to only Prime Timers Members for informational purposes only. Members and Chapters are to keep the roster private and confidential at all times. It is a violation of the by-laws to do otherwise, and disciplinary action may be taken against such violators. Our Constitution/Bylaws offer a range of information about how our organization is run. Our members are obligated to uphold these bylaws at all times while a member of Prime Timers. If you would like to read the bylaws please click View the Constitution/Bylaws! You will be bound by these By-laws even if you haven't read them.
Since we need to have a signature on file before we can start your membership, the quickest way to get started is to download a copy of the Prime Timers Membership Application. The application is in Adobe Acrobat format. Follow the instructions below depending on your Acrobat version or lack of the free Acrobat Reader.

If you can print out the application, then fill it out. You may scan it and email it in a Portable Document Format (PDF) directly to the .
To pay the appropriate dues for your new membership you may use our Paypal system. Please be aware that there is a nominal surcharge added to each membership dues. The nominal charge is $1. for single dues ($21.00) and $2. for couples ($32.00). For your convenience the charge has already been included in the Paypal online payment. Please use the "Add to Cart" below.
Payments for dues may also be made by cash in person only, or, checks or money orders are accepted at meetings or by mail. These meeting and mailing options do not have a surcharge. See the address below for mailing your application.
If you are unable to view or print Adobe Acrobat files, please your name and postal mailing address and an application will be sent to you by mail. Our mailing address is shown below.
